On June 14, 1777, the Continental Congress seeking to promote national pride and unity adopted the American Flag. The flag stood for the ideals that America was to be a place where freedom of religion, freedom of speech and freedom of the press was to be honored. Men and women could come and live in freedom and pursue the blessings of liberty. America would be a nation where the people elected men and women who honored the Divine principles that the flag stood for. The citizens would have the freedom to worship (or not worship) as they chose. It was not, however, to be a freedom from religion. The government was not to impose any religion on the people but the laws of the new Nation would be taken from the Holy Scriptures and America would be “one nation under God.”
So many men and women have sacrificed everything to protect these principles and many have left lands of great hardship and persecution to come to America and be free to live in peace.
The American Flag has become a symbol around the world for freedom, justice and prosperity and it is to be cherished.
Why is it important to protect the flag and what it stands for? What would happen if a nation turned its back on the God who shed His grace on the land that abounds with so much opportunity and freedom?
If my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and I will forgive their sin and will heal their land. 2 Chronicles 7:14

The longer I live the more I see our great country being taken over by evil. If you look at our history one of the first, if not the 1st book used as a reader in public schools was the Bible. Today students get disciplined or ridiculed for taking a Bible to school! Prayer in schools has been given over to moments of silence. Although the old saying which says “In the event of nuclear attack, prayer will be allowed in school” is true now more than ever
I truly believe that this website’s address should be given to our children so that it may stimulate them to seek the truth and not the “teaching” they are getting in school today.

Thank you for the kind words. Indeed we have come so far from what the Founding Fathers intended for this great country in regards to right and wrong according to God’s Word. There is hope however as The Scripture teaches us to “take heart” Christ has overcome the world! In John 16:33 Christ says “I have told you these things so that IN ME you may have peace. In this world you will have trouble but take heart I have overcome the world!”
